Delete your PetalPro account
You can permanently delete your account directly in the PetalPro app. Open the menu, choose Settings, select More Settings, and tap Delete Account.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address associated with your PetalPro account. Include the words “account deletion” in your request so we can identify and process it promptly.

What deletion includes
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your recent uploaded and generated images
- Your unused credits
Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, or fraud prevention purposes. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.
