What these terms cover

These terms apply when you voluntarily submit original and PetalPro-edited images for a chance to be featured. Submitting work is optional and is separate from using PetalPro's image-editing service.

You keep ownership

You keep ownership of your submitted images. You confirm that you own the work or otherwise have the rights and permissions needed to submit it, including permission from any identifiable people or other rights holders shown in the images.

Permission you give PetalPro

You give PetalPro a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and use your submitted work for PetalPro marketing. This may include social media, the PetalPro website, email, app store listings, promotional materials, and paid advertising.

You also allow PetalPro to crop, resize, add text or branding, combine the work with other creative, and make other reasonable edits or derivative versions for those uses.

Featuring and attribution

Submission does not guarantee that your work will be selected or featured. PetalPro may credit or tag your business using the information you provide, but attribution is not guaranteed. No payment, credits, or other compensation are promised unless PetalPro separately agrees to them in writing.

Revoking permission

You may revoke permission at any time by contacting PetalPro Support at support@petalprotechnologies.com. After receiving your request, PetalPro will stop new uses and make reasonable efforts to remove the work from channels it controls. Revocation cannot undo prior publications, third-party sharing, or advertising already in circulation.

Retention and review

PetalPro may review, approve, reject, retain, or delete submissions. Approved work may be retained while permission remains active. Rejected work may be deleted promptly.
